Global Society for HCM – GSHCM Global Corporate Epic Awards 2020 is the 12th Annual Award. The Award aims to recognise the organization’s commitment to Global best practices for Human Capital people management and Development. This is in recognition to the organization and its leaders efforts towards best people practices.

The awards are open to anyone who meets the criteria of the related category.

Yes for the organization category it is 2500 AED.

Anyone can nominate his or her organization, We accept self-nominated and third party entries organizations Awards.

Open page submit entry, from drop down menu click the relevant entry and fill up the details as per the prescribed word count. Submit evidence for your justification. Share two references for your award nomination. Transfer the payment in the bank account. attached the payment receipt click submit.

Click the about page for Global Corporate Award 2020, scroll down, you will get complete details of the criteria for the award. These criteria are same for each of the award category, however the award category will differ.

Yes, you can enter as many categories as you want. Just make sure that you meet the eligibility criteria for each category before submitting.

We need details of two references at managerial level. In case of doubts or random checks we will do a validity check of the details submitted. References/testimonials are accepted from: customers, stakeholders, clients, colleagues. References are not mandatory but it may disadvantage your entry when it is judged if you do not supply them.

Judges are selected from a pool of experienced GSHCM members. Each one is asked to declare any interests they have such as former colleagues or employers so that the judging process is carried out fairly. Some of the judges are panel members with the Government award committee.

This year 2020, all awards will be awarded virtually. The Award will be couriered through DHL to the each winner organization or individual.

This award was added based on the feedback from last year’s award. This award is for the vendors of the HR function who make their organization grow by providing high value adding and rare talent. You have to be very innovative and unique in your services to qualify for this award.

Yes – all awards submissions are treated as highly confidential. Only the GSHCM Award panel team will view them.

There are 1-5 rating scales for each award criteria 1 being no details provided and 5 being exceeded the requirement, provided clear details. After compiling the total score the first three will be selected as top 3. Based on the impact and details received the first three will be adjudged.

Yes, you will receive confirmation and feedback on the details submitted for the award category.

This award is for senior HR leaders who have given 15-30 years of their time for the growth of the organization and HR profession. They can self nominate or organization or third party can enter award for them.
